Rahat Ahmed Talukder has completed his B.Sc in Computer Science and Engineering from Notre Dame University Bangladesh(NDUB) with a distinguished CGPA. Currently, he is working as an IT Officer at the Public Security Division, Ministry of Home Affairs.

He is an expert in Information and Communication Technology, Blockchain Development, Database management, and Software Quality Assurance. He is IBM certified Blockchain Developer. His team was one of the finalist teams of the National Blockchain Olympiad Bangladesh, 2021 & 2022 (BCOLBD 2021 & 2022). Additionally, he has over five years of experience teaching.

Moreover, he is a Bangladesh Youth Leadership Centre (BYLC) graduate.
